Capital, the UK's number 1 hit music station, records 7.5 million weekly listeners across the UK

Capital Network (UK) has again reached the 7.5 million listener mark!

Capital London reached 2.1 million this quarter, with listeners tuning in for 8,512,000 hours. Dave Berry at breakfast is now reaching 1,080,000 listeners, up 15% year on year.

Capital Manchester reaches 527,000 listeners per week. Rob Ellis now reaches 284,000 listeners for a total of 687,000 hours a week, up 46% year on year.

Capital Yorkshire now reaches 1 million listeners a week for a total of 6,696,000 hours.

Capital Birmingham scores a reach of 467,000, up both quarter on quarter and year on year. Rob & Katy have increased their reach by 4% quarter on quarter to reach 232,000 listeners every week, for a total of 540,000 hours (up 2% quarter on quarter). Global is at #1 and #2 on reach commercially across Birmingham.

Capital North East remains the commercial number one in reach across the area, increasing in reach by 9% year on year to 520,000 listeners per week. Bodg, Matt and Scarlett at breakfast are up in reach both quarter on quarter and year on year, reaching 280,000 people for 675,000 hours every week.

Capital East Midlands posts a total reach figure of 484,000 this quarter. Dino & Pete reach 272,000 listeners a week at breakfast.

Capital South Coast has increased its reach by 22% year on year, posting 219,000 listeners,
