Capital, the UK's number 1 hit music station, records 7.1 million weekly listeners across the UK

Capital Network (UK) has again reached the 7.1 million listener mark!

Capital London reached 2.2 million this quarter, with listeners tuning in for 9,031,000 hours. Dave and Lisa at breakfast are now reaching 1.1 million people at breakfast, increasing by 31% quarter on quarter.

Capital Manchester reaches 565,000 listeners per week. Rob Ellis is up quarter on quarter in both reach and hours and is now reaching 314,000 listeners for a total of 882,000 hours a week (an increase of 316,000 hours).

Capital Yorkshire records another million plus score, reaching 1,041,000 listeners a week for a total of 7,602,000 hours (up 14% quarter on quarter).

Capital Birmingham scores a reach of 424,000 this quarter. Rob & Katy reach 223,000 every week, with listeners tuning in for 451,000 hours. Global is at #1 and #2 on reach commercially across Birmingham.

Capital North East remains the commercial number one across the area, increasing in reach by 8% year on year to 510,000 listeners per week.

Capital East Midlands increases its hours by 334,000 year on year to post a total hours figure of 3,603,000. Dino & Pete increase their reach by 6% year on year to reach 290,000 listeners a week at breakfast.

Capital South Coast has increased its total hours by 201,000 year on year posting 1,292,000 hours.
